“We had our wedding here in mid-August and it was so much fun! The space is huge and offers a really unique setting for an event. The ruins looks so nice lit up in the evening. The staff and service were phenomenal as well! Not a single thing went wrong — how many brides can say that? We hired Melanie, the venue owner, to help with planning and day-of-coordination. She was on top of everything, always on hand if I had a question and helped me handle my mile-long to-do list. The venue may be new, but I think it’s going to get a ton of business moving forward, so book while you still can!”

“If you want a place that is beautiful and unique, but also nearby; allows you certain freedoms (such as hiring a mechanical bull or letting you choose your caterer); a place that comes with someone who is excellent at communication (emphasis on great communication-really important for brides!), then this is the spot and the person you want. The reason I originally went with this spot is because I really wanted a place that allowed me to choose my own caterer. Not many places let you and that meant a great deal to me, since our friends have a catering business and we really wanted to use them. But when I went to view the space, I started to see my wedding unfold. The foundry ruins are beautiful and we even had a backup plan to use the warehouse in case of rain (which is also a really cool and unique space with tons of vintage furniture). Melanie is the reason why this place is so perfect; she's really the jack of all trades. She ran the venue, helped plan the wedding, communicated with the vendors, had the tables/seating chart/table cloths, did set up, break-down, even had parking attendants and signs! At one point, I had mentioned that I was stressed because I waited to long to book a florist and was getting turned down, and she even did my floral arrangements. Not like last minute floral arrangements... they were exactly what I wanted. She is really accommodating: let us hire a mechanical bull (photographers loved that), gave us a platform to input the guest list, view seating plans, budget, etc, let us come to practice our dance on the turf because I was nervous about my heels, let us use the brewery space and warehouse space to take our photos, which... holy cow, turned out so good. The little freedoms I was allowed went a long way. This place is truly not like most event spaces. I really can't say enough about Melanie and this space. All the boxes were checked.”
